The Studio
Comfort with Sophistication
The Studio is truly a special holiday home. Here we have combined genuine antique furniture with modern comfort and artistic elements, which gives this vacation apartment its original character. Numerous skylights provide plenty of natural light, as well as offering a wonderfully wide view of the Eifel.
The fully equipped kitchen is custom made of solid oak and creates a harmonious atmosphere together with the spacious living/dining area. Here and in the hallway, the floor is covered with slate from the region, with the three bedrooms real wood floorboards. Natural, traditional materials were also used as much as possible in other areas of the studio.
The impressive 105 square meters are equipped with every conceivable comfort:
- Hallway and separate pantry with a selection of regional products
- spacious kitchen, living and dining area
- kitchen with stove, extractor vent, oven and dishwasher
- a good, basic assortment of spices
- 3 bedrooms for up to 6 adults
- spacious shower with WC
- extra guest toilet
- satellite TV and Wi-Fi
- private terrace
- private driveway with separate parking space
Comfort and variety all year round
On the first floor of the same building there is a cozy guest room with a fireplace. Here you have the opportunity to meet friends, family or other guests.
On the second floor there is a recreation room with a pool table, foosball and a wide selection of board games for all ages.
If you would like maximum relaxation, you can pre-order breakfast with your own or regional products.
Especially when it is a bit cooler outside, the wellness area with sauna is a fine choice.
Prices for The Studio
One overnight stay with 2 people costs 110 Euro (includes bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, final cleaning, heating, water and electricity consumption and VAT).
Each additional person costs 20 Euro per night.
Children under 3 are free, between 3 and 10 years of age cost 5 Euro and over 10 years of age are 10 Euro per night.
On request, dogs are welcome at 10 Euro per night.
For short stays there are surcharges because of the additional expense:
- 20 Euro per overnight stay for up to 2 nights
- 10 Euro per overnight stay for up to 4 nights
The minimum rental period is 2 nights.
